Therapeutic Solidarity Consultations
Virtual support for Ontario survivors affected by legal systems and institutional harm.
Legal systems can compound violence through their processes, systemic discrimination and exclusion, or the lack of a safe route to recourse. Therapeutic solidarity consultations offer space to unpack and process these experiences, voice what they mean to you, and clarify what matters to you now.
What we can work on together
Unpack and process your experiences of legal systems and institutional harm.
Put words to what happened and what it means to you.
Clarify your priorities, including what you want to protect or make space for.
Consider the risks and constraints shaping your choices.
Prepare for institutional interactions you choose to take part in.
Explore whether to engage, pause, or step back.
Social work support, not legal advice
These are social work consultations, not legal advice or representation. I do not interpret the law, recommend legal strategies, or act on your behalf. We can explore your experiences, priorities, and the risks and constraints you are facing. You decide whether to engage, pause, or step back.
